For the 08-09 season they are going to run 17.5/lipo. Check the rules link to the left of the main page.
Now, if you follow the FSEARA 2009 thread in the Florida regional section it seemed as though they were going to follow the USVTA rules 100%. Somewhere that changed though and they are going with 17.5 instead of 21.5
To be honest, i'm not that thrilled about it.
