It does change roll center, but seems to work OK without additional adjustments. The roll center change must complement the tire height change. If you take a look at my two shimmable blocks you can see that you can actually make what you want very light. This suspension is not much heavier than an associated front. You waste some weight bridging the center of the car which is not really needed from a strength standpoint.
