i made a paper template and traced it onto some thin piece of hobby sheet metal i got at a hobby shop. maybe stainless steel, maybe tin, im not sure what kind of metal it was. cut it out with a mini hacksaw and used a grinder to smooth out the edges. i drilled holes to line up (mostly) with some unused existing holes in the bumper mount and some other holes that hold the lower plastic bottom plate thing. im gonna try and make some better ones soon, but these work fine till then. i bent them using the round surface of a magic marker. hope thats clear enough.
