I have run a one way, spool and diff. For short parking lot type tracks I prefer the diff. The one way works for fast, flowing tracks as long as the car ahead of you is running a diff (then he'll brake and you will rear end him). A spool can work for both... need to work on technique... I just run a diff everywhere 'cause I am use to it.
