I've been unable to get my 7port turbo to start. The piston keeps getting stuck at TDC. I've been heating it up with a heat to gun to 220-230 ish, I've charged up my batteries in the starter box, which is an Ofna truggy box. I've loosened the plug a little. I've been blowing the fuel into the carb and have gotten it to fire only once, yet it still got stock a second or two later. I've got two copper and one silver shim installed. Is there anything else I should be trying?
be sure the hsn is flush, and turn the lsn in 2 turns to help get the fat out of it till it gets started, once you have a steady idle slowly fatten the bottom back up till you have good oil flushing out the pipe, and keep foil on the head at all times, and also keep the heat gun on it while ideling for the whole tank, this will help maintain the 230 temp range, when the fuel enteres the engine it will cool it so much that the sleeve will shrink and cause it to stick the piston.
