I sand it down and it seemed smoother. One thing though, what idiot engineer would use countersink screws to secure the c-hubs? shouldn't it be button head or hex kingpins? kinda weird how that is done since the countersink head is not flush with the rest of the c-hub. I'm going to use a buttonhead instead.. LOL

I think the flathead screws are there so that they dont make any contact with the castor block and cause binding..
