Around 7 mins depending on track conditions. This is with a pretty conservative tune, not full race tune.
I did run a 7mm restrictor like Poinas2 suggests in my 5 Port T, and at the end of a six minute heat had 1/3 of a tank left, so looking at around 9 min total. Again this was not full race tune. I believe some of the gun tuners are getting 10 min + out of the 5 and 7 ports !! (not me though
