Take a JR line from Tokyo station to Akihabara. There are 4 big rc car shops at Akihabara
1) RC Champ (cheap yokomo products)
2) Rakusei model
3) Futaba sangyo (cheap Futaba products)
4) Super radicon (cheap HPI, KO, etc. products)
Akihabara is a heaven for RC freak like me. Where else can you get 4 big shops within walking distance from one another. I kept on thinking which shelf should I go first in every shop stated above.
