I'm hoping we get another HPI challenge here at the end of the year. Itching to race mine again after seeing your east coast event

I tried kit fronts w/soft rears - tried kit fronts and rears - tried foam fronts w/soft rears (worked great until the track heated up) - tried hard foam fronts w/soft foam rears --- and ended up with a car that kept traction rolling if I adjusted the steering too much...There was 2 more things I wanted to try, but ran outta time - adjust my steering EXP down it like -100% (was at -71%) and put softer springs on the rear side springs...
You hard-wired your BL motor??

Any chance on sending over a pic of that?? when I run my brushed motors, I used that "no-tweak" 12th scale wire, but couldn't figure out a way to hardwire my BL motor
I actually have a 2nd challenge down in MD this august (its only like 2.5 hours away), that I
WAS planning on attending - but work might be getting in the way

plus not sure what the micro turnout would be at this place, ITS HUGE and primarily a NITRO only track
