Yup. I haven't actually test fitted the parts yet, but if IIRC, the width spacing of all the screw holes (bulkhead, steering, suspension blocks) on the bottom of the 416 chassis plate is the same width apart... which are also the same width as the front end screws of the 415.

Hence why it shold fit fine

I've never found that adding in the screw to add tweak, but then again I did find the hole a little tight to begin with, so ran a round file up and down through the top deck hole to solve it... guess it's just a little then.
Certainly for indoor work I will probably use the mount to help stiffen up the front, but outdoors, I can see a benefit in having a slightly more flexible front end. Worth a try anyway
