A sport pack versus race pack won`t make much difference when bashing or backyard playing , especially with the batteries these days you really don`t even have to worry about run time . Back when we had Nicads it was a different issue . A matched racing pack only shows much difference in punch and run time when racing . Many race packs have unequal cells also if the proper maintenance isn`t taken care of .
