James P......Sorry I was just looking back and saw your post about tires. The tracks around here are low traction most of the time because they have the DUPONT carpet not the CRC-ozite stuff. I like for week to week racing the YOKOMO 139g's with take off med. and med hard inserts, they last about 2 weeks or racing saturday and sunday and give good traction. I still have some of the old PIT tires 25 compound and they work well with the same inserts as the YOKOMO's. I did try a set of TAKE OFF 22's with the stock inserts last weekend and they work very well and did not wear that much. I will have to get a set for myself as I borrowed them and tell you how they hold up. I never really had good luck with SOREX tires they are fast but only good for 2 runs I feel, I may give them a shot again but if they are only fast for 2 runs then Im not going to keep wasting my money on them. Ohh I almost always run the YOKOMO hard dish rims.
