ntc3 plus 2 speed problem
i bought a used ntc3 off of ebay and the guy before me switch out the 2 speed bell for a 1 speed. i put back the 2 speed and i push the car forward and when the spur gear does one complete rotation it stalls. i look as if it skip a tooth but the guy i bought it off of said he didnt change the gears. also when i roll it back it stops. any help please.
i read the install guide but it was no help
