That can happen because the HSN has a direct effect on the LSN settings. ie - if you lean the HSN you lean the LSN too. That's why it pays to set the HSN first and then the LSN so your not chasing your tail around in circles.
Try setting HSN at flush and LSN at 1.5 turns in. Then tweak the the HSN if needed for good full throttle performance, then lean LSN until you get a nice steady idle and good clean acceleration off the mark after 10 sec of idle.
