I doubt that you will get anyone that officially represents Futaba confirm that the temp problem exists.
My guess is that each case will be handled seperately and that no problem will be recognized. I'd expect changes will be made to any further product produced the world will go around and things continue.
Can you imagine if all the Futaba 2.4ghz systems had to be recalled because the RX chip has a temp issue in some instances. I'd guess the main chip in all their 2.4ghz systems are the same (car,heli,plane).
