This can be very subjective depend on the track condition. I suggest ask the local racer that manage to get their car smooth. Otherwise have to use experiment 
If the 40/30 wt still bummpy than use 40/10 !? Others? What do you say man..
Spring tension can fool us sometime even you used correct wt shock oil. So have to get good combination. Try to reduce the rear tension first and try that.
