both are very capable cars one of the main differences is the fk05s build that car is insanly strong I had one for almost 1 year and went out every couple of weeks and only broke 1 cvd and a spool and that was it man that was a great car I wish I had mine back
I havent driven a 007 so I cant speak for it but I am sure it is very capable as well.
