Pana SMH after long storage??
I have 2 packs of matched Panasonic SMH batts and was wondering how should start charging it back....it has been in storage for more than 6mths....bummer i just found it in the storeroom..LOL...it was discharge to 5.4v prior to staorage and had never been touched till now
