Just got off the phone with AMain and they confirmed that the rims I listed, regardless of offset, were mistakenly listed as fitting the Panther 38 series tire. They do not fit.... Needless to say, AMain is awesome and is taking care of me and revising the site.
I think the first ones I listed are 2.7's and the second are 3.7's.

Uhhh... I don't think there is a 2.7 wheel for truggy.
I'm with Veedub, why did Amain say the panther's you first listed don't work with the wheels you first listed?
Oh, and the "offset" veedub is referring too has nothing to do with wheel width or wheel diameter. This refers to the hex part of the wheel that mounts to the aluminum hexes on the vehicle. It will, in no way, affect the fitment of tires.
