Depending on what track you run at. In general, kick up will mellow your car out and make it easier when it hits bumps on a bumpy track cause the suspension angles and hingepins are working better. It also can add steering in some situations depending on set up cause as the car transitions weight towards the front off power it works better with the geometry. Be careful though, it does affect the roll center because you are changing the lower arms and often lowering the trailing part and it will affect your caster. Its one of those tuning options you have to just try and see the affect.
