I use mugen 50000 with a lock front diff. pretty much at all the tracks I raced on. It also depends how technical and small the track is. 30K would be a good starting point. At the Rams 40th anniversary race, I used 100K just because the track was so huge. I know that some of the other mugen team drivers used 50K in thier R's for that race.
