I need some feedback from you Go-Tech experts out there
I am currently running a 5 Port Turbo in my buggy but am looking at changing to a 7 Port. The 5 Port was originally in my truggy and seems to have a little too much bottom end for me to handle in the buggy at this stage (I am a relatively inexperianced driver). I have done several things to tone down the 5 Port such as 086 high end pipe, 7mm restrictor, carbon shoes and 1mm springs, plus recently gone to 14 tooth bell (13 standard). It all helps but I am thinking maybe a 7 Port with a more workable bottom end might be a better solution, and easier for me to drive at this stage. The track I run on is what I would call medium tightness. Tight but flowing inner section, reasonably long straight, a long triple jump and a closely grouped 5 jump section. I also thought about the 3 Port R Spec, but a lot of the buggy guys at the track seem to prefer the 7 Port over the newer motor. I would appreciate your thoughts
