I have V3.5 but the tech support they have provided has been and still is poor. They have to improve customer service and product support before they launch a new product. Do some reading on the VRC message board, and see how everyone struggles with tech issues. If they can improve this aspect I would try the new V4 but not until they get the bugs worked out, not going to be a paying customer for a beta type product launch.
