The oil is in the fuel. Most manufactuers us between 12%-14% oil in there fuels. Some race fuels are as low as 8%, while some RTR fuels such as traxxas top fuel are 18% oil. Mainly tells you how much oil greasy nasty stuff will be left in your pipe after break-in lol. The higher the oil % the more lubricants get into the motor.
