If it's 12th scale, why use a 4.5? I use the LRP 6.5 with a sintered rotor, and it is as fast as any 4.5 in a straight line, and much easier to drive in the turns. I think too many people run too powerful a motor in 12th Scale, and make their lives more difficult than it needs to be.

The 2007 Edition Sphere is a very good speedo, and seems to be well-liked here in the UK. Good choice! HTH
the LRP/Nosram esc is an awesome bit of kit i would recommend it to anyone.

I've been running a sintered 5.5t nosram motor and have just decided to go back a couple of winds to either a 6.5 or a 7.5 as i feel this will stop the track marking jumping out in front of my car ever so often.
