i've been running this set-up

but i made the following changes:
front block = F 1mm R 1.5mm
front droop = 6
front oil = 40wt
front spring = hpi white
rear droop = 6
rear ride height = 5.3
rear oil = 30wt
rear spring = hpi pink
tamiya red foam on top of bladders
front suspension arm spacer = F.5mm R 2mm
rear suspension arm spacer = F 2mm R .5mm
rear upright spacer = F 2.75mm R
other things to try:
1.2 mm front sway bar
reduce the rear toe-in block to 2.5
