here's some facts -
different track,different fuel ( still 16% like the previos), same engine , same pipe, same plug, same head shim..even the setups for the clutch gap and spring tension r identical, the performance were quite the same..just some gearing changes to suit the track and a bit of fine tuning ofcoz.

Different track and different fuel are the reasons. Different fuel can give differece results. Power, run time, life of motor, etc. and tracks are also going to vary.
