I have a small problem... I broke the tip of my hex driver inside the set screw that holds the pins in the wheel hex. I cant get it out I would like to save the hubs and not dermel it. I need to get it out so I can replace my hub bearings. Any ideas would be great.
Another thought here after reading RETRO's post. I have a set of small files. One of them is shaped to a point on the end. I might try something like that to create a slot in the broken tip. Then you might be able to loosen the broken bit and then try a new/stronger hex driver. If this is a RTR use a lighter to heat up the set screw. As the set screw expands it will break up some of the loctite the factory used. Then you might be able to back that thing out if it's not too messed up from the broken hex driver. GOOD LUCK, man.
