Sounds like the LSN might be too rich and the HSN too lean. The 5 ports like a fairly lean bottom and slightly rich top - not sure if the same applies to the 3P R. LSN being rich will keep the temps down when your running in, as you never really get on the HSN under half throttle. Then you lean out the HSN to get the temps up, but it is already correct or slightly lean, so you end up lean bogging and starving at higher revs. Try leaning the LSN some and check idle gap is .7 - 1mm only, no more. Hope this helps
