Some of you may have seen the posts for our
Beat the Heat Race coming up on August 2-3. I just wanted you gusy to know that one of our local fast guys that won the Mod Sedan class in BTH Race last year also won the GT1 class here in Memphis at the TCS race this year, along with the mod points championship in 2002. It's been overheard that he doesn't really think anyone can come to his home track and whip him on asphalt. I told him there was some really fast guys from Autin TX and also from IN, but he didn't care. I told him Pimpedaccord is supposed to come and he believes he can't be beaten in stock. May be true- not sure. A lot of this info is second hand.
Well I'm not trying to start any wars or anything, but some of us Memphis guys are tired of seeing thsi guy win. Will somebody please step up to the plate?
