I also mentioned that with LiPo and brushless becoming more and more prevalent, I think that there is a market in place for having enduros for pan cars as well.
We've run a 48 min Enduro each year with batteries, no lipo's allowed. it is open to pan cars, touring, off road .... what ever, but you have to run two drivers, so good speed, handling and easy battery change is required.
I even dusted off an NOS Bolink Enduro that I had in my parts bin. The car raised a lot of ebrows, but lack of testing did it in.
