YUP !! That stuff works too I happen to use Dupont Cold weather enamel reducer but basically the same thing and it works AWSOME !!
If you go to your friendly body shop and ask them "what they use to remove silicone based materials from the paint just before prep" you will have your local answer ,as this is just what you need ,something to cut through the silicone .
