I have had the best luck with the thin version of BSI glue.

One other thing CA glue use moisture to cure they preffer 40 to 60 percent humidity at room temp. I have found that cleaning the tire and wheel with motor spray removes the moisture and hurts curing. If you let them set overnight they will reabsorb the moisture and glue better (also give the foams time to breath and reshape), I use my breath to help re-hydrate the tire if I am in a hurry.
