Pulsar 3 is an awesome charger--so is the Checkpoint TC1030 (just don't discharge at high amps with it) If you are just going to be running Lipos though, there are quite a few really good lipo only chargers to choose from for around the same price or less.
I wouldn't get an old Pulsar or any old charger that can't do Lipos. If you stick around in the hobby you will want lipos at some point.
