You wont be aboe to get them any cheaper in Italy than the USA or the UK
Engine manufacturers will only sell bulk to a trade outlet to protect their market and if sold to a trade outlet in italy they will resell at the RRP with possibly some discount if your lucky. They have to do this to pay their running which are high in italy as they are in the UK
Traders in HK and other parts of the world also buy at the trade price but sell at a cheaper price as they have lower overheads
So unless you are a trade outlet you wont get cheaper than buying in HK
