Look at that dyno again, see where the box is with the Analysis report? It states "BOX STOCK" to me, that sounds like, ran on the dyno straight out of the box with no mods. But thats just me.
Guys, like i said before, i'm not defending any one motor here. I saw a statement that wasn't true, and i posted that graph to show it wasn't a true statement. As much as the JL is a great motor, there are other motors out there that are just as good. If used correctly, the CRF is an awesome motor, so is the TZ, and every other well known brand. It's all personal taste.
The bottom line is that the CRF failed to capture the market,
that is why every top driver left and moved on,
they even have to band aid the engine by producing
a clutch system tailor made for that engine,
just to boost the bottom end.
