yeah that is normal thats "compression/pinch" hat up your engine with a heat gun for a couple mins prior to starting it heat up the crank case. rotate the flywheel until its around BDC (the flywheel will be loose at this time) loosen the glow plug about a half a turn put the buggy on the starter box, put the ignitor on and try and start the car with OUT "priming" the engine right away get the engine spinning then plug the exuast for a sec to get fuel to the engine.
