You would goto whoever matched the cell.
Most of the matchers are MORE than happy to help. With the high performance cells of today sometimes there is failure.
I remeber 6-8 yrs back when 1.17's were considered HIGH voltage and a 17-20 was considered a LOW resistance.
Guys you have to pay to play. When you taking a cell to it's limits sometimes there is going to be failure.
I have witnessed this in Go Cart, Motocross,Quad Racing, SnoCross, and even Dirt track racing.
When we tweak the motor's to their limits they fail ALOT more than if we dont.
You gotta give a lil to get a lil.
Get ahold of the matcher,give him the info on the pack and he will either replace the cell or sometimes even the WHOLE pack.
