here's my regimen with nimh 4200's before i switched to lipo's...
after the last heat the pack will run on race day, i discharge and equalize the pack. then put in around 1800-2000mah before storing them (make sure tha packs are cool before putting them in the box)
mid week, wed or thurs, i discharge and equalize then put back 1800-2000mah again.
come sat, race day, i discharge and equalize, then fully charge the pack for a practise run.
