Question for the M03 Bashers out there. Has anyone tried using RC18T Road Rage tires by Proline on their Mini? I have heard of people using the RC18T off-road tires on their Mini's for Rally Racing before so just wondering if anyone tried the on-road tires before?
Hmmm, good question..
Haven't done it myself, but I think it'd be fine for just pavement and car park bashing.
Wouldn't work for racing though, because you end up with squashed sidewalls to get RC18 tires onto Mini rims and the tyres move side to side a lot on the rims because of that. Fine on an off-road surface or for bashing, but would be weird on an on-road circuit where you want some precision in steering.
