Default A123 lithium ion battery in a starter box???

So I searched around and came up with squat for my dilemma.

Has anyone used lithium ion batteries in their starter box? Specifically a 13.2V 4-cell? I need to get a battery for my Losi starter box. I was gonna get a 14.8V lipo but then I realized my charger will charge A123 cells so I started leaning that way.

I've weighed out the pros and cons...

Cost of each is similar. The lipo is $70 and the A123 is about $80 for 4 cells that I will have to assemble myself, so that cost doesn't include wire or anything.

The big pro for the A123 lithium ion is that it has major amperage rating; 130A burst rating. The lipo I'm looking at only has about a 60A burst rating. I've stalled out my old starter box plenty of times and I know that draws some amps and I'm worried I'm gonna fry the battery. Especially when I break-in a motor.

The Li-Ion is more stable and will also charge in 15 minutes. The downside is that it's 13.2V whereas a lipo is 14.8.

So would 1.6V make that much of a difference?
