razzor- You would use that pulley in the rear for overdrive. I have used a larger pulley in the front for underdrive. I am not sure if Randy dremels his pulleys to remove every other tooth like I used to with the Xray, but you can buy a Tamiya pulley that has the 36 tooth diameter but only has 18 teeth.
