That being said, the Jammin, Hyper 8.5, Losi 8, and AE RC8 are all very capable on any given track. I've driven the Hyper and am very competitive on my local track. The Losi is probably the most expensive of these choices, but it comes with the best Tx/Rx package and IMHO, the best of the RTR engines. However, it comes with a stamped chassis. The Hyper and I believe the Jammin come with CNCd chassis which are more durable. I don't know about the AE.

I think the ebst advice given so far is for you to check around your area shops. Who carries/supports what products? If you choose the Jammin, but your area shops only support AE, then you're gonna be S.O.L when it comes time to get parts or upgrades. Yes, you can order online, but if something is broken, you're down until it gets shipped.

They Hyper is also stamped I just read about it last night in the new RCDriver.
