Could be, but then again, I was using mine indoors, and with it located in the chassis (so not getting a lt of airflow).
Running it with a 27t Monster, XXX Brushed, Red/green springs, on 20 and 18t pinions, depending on track. Still works fine
But, thats a moot point now, as the TEU-101BK is sitting in my TA03FS, as the mini is awaiting it's exige brushless
