for the price, its does look like a good deal. If you only plan on running club racing, you will be ok, but if you plan on running any events, you need to have a 3 port engine. The 5 port engines can be a little harder to tune sometimes from what i have heard. If you are Ok with the above, go for it....but if you are looking to run anything that is higher than club racing, most require the 3 port engine.....
