Ok guys... Here is the spring list with both converted and "actual" rates
1.4x4.75 22.5mm 359gf/mm = ??.?lbs / 15.8lbs
1.4x5.00 22.5mm 332gf/mm = 18.6lbs / 17.1lbs
1.4x5.25 22.5mm 308gf/mm = 17.2lbs / 15.7lbs
1.4x5.50 22.5mm 288gf/mm = 16.1lbs / 16.0lbs
1.4x5.75 22.5mm 270gf/mm = 15.1lbs / 15.0lbs
1.4x6.00 22.5mm 254gf/mm = 14.2lbs / 14.4lbs
1.4x6.25 22.5mm 240gf/mm = 13.4lbs / 12.1lbs
1.5x5.25 22.5mm 437gf/mm = 24.5lbs / 19.9lbs
1.5x5.50 22.5mm 406gf/mm = 22.7lbs / 17.2lbs
1.5x5.75 22.5mm 379gf/mm = 21.2lbs / 18.4lbs
1.5x6.00 22.5mm 348gf/mm = 19.4lbs / 17.9lbs
1.5x6.25 22.5mm 341gf/mm = 19.1lbs / 16.5lbs
1.5x6.50 22.5mm 316gf/mm = 17.7lbs / 16.2lbs

All the actual rates where done on an integy spring dyno using an empty tamiya shock to mount and tested over 10mm of travel. The results I got where repeatable so the number are correct. Interestingly I got 15.2lbs actual reading from my kit springs which rate as 15lbs even from the spring kit. Must make sure I don't mix them up!
