Default Another Variation of the same old...

Sorry if this is redundant, I've seen variations of this question for different engines but couldn't find the answer for O.S. by searching the threads.

I have an O.S. .21 VG with a JP-4 pipe. I am getting good smoke, what appears to be minimal fuel out the exhaust (should there be any at all?) and it seems to accelerate well both low and on throttle, but my temps seem consistently between 215-240. When I pinch the fuel line, it cuts the engine in about 3-5 seconds, which I read is an indication that it is neither too rich nor lean, but was concerned about the temp. as I thought you should run about 200.

Should I be concerned?

Thanks for the help.
