Normally it is a very fast turn around and you just get your package. When I say fast turn around, I live in Memphis, Tn and I handled the ROAR memberships for our club last year and if I mailed it on Mon or Tues people would get their packages on Wed or Thurs of the following week. That is less than 10 working days. If it has been very long look at the ROAR website and write Fred via email and he will take care of it. He usually replies very quick. Hope this helps.
