Bottom line is some stores will go out of their way to help, others will try and scam you 5 ways from Sunday, so shop around, and go with the guy who offers to help, not the store that has a 16 yr old no-nothing say "oh we'll have to book it in.... $33 thanks...."

as for bk2racer, well he's had an axe to grind against me for god knows how long, who knows, some people hold grudges over petty toy cars for the strangest reasons, whatever helps him sleep at night I guess, personally I have better things to worry about than a disgruntled ex rc-store employee.
