Know to answer the question trying to recoil pull starts takes a very long time so if you pay one to do it it will cost you a bit of money. The cheaper option is to buy the pull start and go home and pull the engine out and fit it yourself should cost between $25-50 depending on brand
Just providing an honest comment as to what he may encounter with some hobby stores, IMO Hobby stores that lack customer service (ie PHC) DESERVE TO ME NAMED AND SHAMED!
